Cancellation Policy
Princess Healing – Cancellation & Retainer Policy To ensure dedicated time and preparation for each client, Princess Healing operates under the following policy: • A non-refundable retainer fee equal to 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking to reserve and confirm your appointment slot. • The retainer fee secures your time and is non-refundable under all circumstances. • A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the retainer fee. • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or failure to arrive on time will be charged 100% of the service price. • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
